When do I arrive for a visit?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure we can start on time. This allows you to enjoy your full, unhurried service. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust your appointment duration or reschedule to avoid inconveniencing the next client. The full fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding!
Why do you have a cancellation policy?
We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients, and our cancellation policy ensures that we can effectively manage our schedule to meet everyone’s needs. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients.
What should I do with my valuables during my visit?
We recommend leaving all valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
How much notice is required for canceling or rescheduling appointments?
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointments
Are there fees for canceling or rescheduling appointments?
Yes, to cover our operational costs, a $50 fee applies for all services cancelled or rescheduled on the day of your appointment.

What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
